By booking an appointment or purchasing services with Diamond Silk Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Appointments & Deposits
Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the total service price and help secure your appointment time. All pricing is disclosed prior to booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with insufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee, as permitted under Massachusetts consumer protection laws. This policy helps us respect scheduled time and accommodate other clients.

No-Shows
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and may require prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting subsequent clients. Full service pricing may still apply.

All services are cosmetic and relaxation-focused. Results vary by individual, and no guarantees are made. Services are provided based on information disclosed by the client at the time of booking and intake.

Refund Policy
