Refund Policy

     At Diamond Silk Spa, your comfort, confidence, and overall experience are deeply important to us. Every service is performed with intention, professionalism, and personalized care.

     Due to the customized and hygienic nature of aesthetic services, all services rendered are non-refundable once performed. Individual results may vary, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

​

     That said, your satisfaction truly matters to us. If you have any concerns regarding your service, we kindly ask that you let us know during your appointment or contact us within 48 hours so we may thoughtfully review your experience and determine an appropriate resolution where possible.

     A small reservation deposit is required to secure your appointment time and is applied toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are clearly communicated prior to booking and applied consistently to ensure fairness for all clients.

​

     Retail products, when available, may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused, unopened, and in original condition, with proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned, except where required by Massachusetts law.

     This policy does not limit or waive any consumer rights provided under Massachusetts law. If you ever have questions or concerns, we welcome open communication and are always happy to assist with care and professionalism.
