Diamond Silk Spa is committed to providing professional, high-quality personal care services in a transparent and fair manner.

Due to the nature of personal care and aesthetic services, all services rendered are non-refundable. Once a service has been performed, payment is final. Results may vary by individual, and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

Deposits paid to secure appointments are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hrs, but are applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are disclosed prior to booking and are applied consistently.

Retail products, if offered for sale, may be eligible for return or exchange only if unused, unopened, and in original condition, within 14 days of purchase, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except where required by law.
